Baal jhadne ki samasya ke liye kai gharelu nuskhe hain jo asani se ghar par try kiye ja sakte hain. Ye nuskhe prabhavit jagah par nutrition aur scalp health ko sudharne me madad karte hain. Niche kuch pramukh gharelu upaay diye gaye hain:


1. AMLA (INDIAN GOOSEBERRY) KA UPYOG

Ek chamach amla powder aur nimbu ka ras mila kar paste banayein aur scalp par lagayein. 30 minute ke liye chhod dein aur normal paani se dho lein.

Amla vitamin C aur antioxidants se bharpoor hota hai jo baalon ko mazbooti deta hai.

2. COCONUT OIL MASSAGE

Garam nariyal tel ko scalp par halka massage karein. Yeh blood circulation badhata hai aur baalon ki jadon ko mazboot banata hai.

Isme neem ya curry patta mila kar aur bhi fayda ho sakta hai.

3. ALOE VERA GEL

Fresh aloe vera gel scalp par lagayein aur 30-45 minute tak chhod dein. Baad mein halka shampoo se dho lein.

Aloe vera scalp ko hydrate karta hai aur dandruff kam karta hai jo baalon ke jhadne ka ek mukhya karan hai.

4. METHI DANA (FENUGREEK SEEDS)

6. EGG MASK

Ek anda (ya ande ka safed hissa) aur ek chamach olive oil mix karke scalp aur baalon par lagayein. 30 minute ke liye chhod kar mild shampoo se dho lein.

Anda protein se bharpoor hota hai jo baalon ko repair karta hai aur unhe mazboot banata hai.

7. NEEM LEAVES PASTE

Neem ke patte ka paste banakar scalp par lagayein. Neem antifungal aur antibacterial hota hai jo scalp infection ko dur karta hai.

8. BALANCED DIET

Apni diet me protein (daal, anda, machhli), iron (palak, beetroot), aur vitamins (gajar, nariyal paani, seasonal fruits) ko shamil karein. Paani ka adhik matra me sevan karein.

9. STRESS KAM KAREIN
